Due to it’s potent pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, and carminative properties, Ginger is a powerful tool for relieving menstrual pain and cramps such as in the condition known as dysmenorrhea (1).
It also appears to help reduce excessive menstrual bleeding in menorrhagia (2).
Its also a great tool for improving the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) (3).
Ginger Improves Male Fertility
