Breast enlargement and Penis enlargement have been an obsession for as long as most of us can remember. In fact, there are references in ancient Ayurvedic medical texts on these topics too. Most women opt for breast implants. Although this might seem like a fairly safe option, it actually has many downsides too. Natural breast enlargement, however, has almost no downside, is much more affordable, and most of all, its NATURAL. So how can you naturally enlarge your breasts? One word, hormones. But remember, we need to be safe. Ayurveda is about promoting health, not treating one issue and causing another issue. If you have problems related to elevated estrogen, do not attempt breast enlargement this way.

Natural Methods of Breast Enlargement
As I have mentioned in previous articles, is a potent aphrodisiac herb. It is known in Ayurveda as “Shatavari” , meaning “One Hundred Husbands. This herb is mainly used for gynecological disorders, increasing breast milk, and as an aphrodisiac specific to females as well as a galactagogue. It contains steroidal saponins and alkaloids as well as the trace minerals zinc, manganese and copper. It is commonly used to improve lactation in nursing women, however, it also nourishes the body and aids in proper secretion of the female hormones including estrogen.
The Shatavari supplement I recommend is this one.
Shatavari contains phyto-estrogens which, although are not fully understood, are believed to aid in the production of female hormones. The general dose is 1-3 grams, twice daily with hot milk on an empty stomach. It can also be taken after eating, without milk. However, when combined with Ashwagandha, the benefits are multiplied. (Ashwagandha is a herb used to increase muscle tissue. This may help to maintain firmness, and prevent sagging of the breasts.)
The Ashwagandha supplement I recommend is this one.
– Wild Yam
This variety of Yam has been used for several disorders related to female health, however, it is also highly recommend to be consumed for increasing breast size. Wild Yam contains a chemical known as diosgenin, which can be made into various steroids, such as estrogen and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). There is not enough research based evidence to prove that wild yam can increase breast size, however, many woman swear by it. Try adding some Wild Yam in your diet each week and see the results for yourself. Wild yam is closely related to the Ayurvedic medicinal plant known as “Vidari Kanda”, which is also used for breast enlargement and improving libido. Wild Yam is considered a substitute for Vidari Kanda.

– Ashwagandha Oil
This is a medicated oil produced by pharmacologically processing the roots of Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) in Sesame oil. Due to the anabolic properties of both Ashwagandha and Sesame, this oil is used for enhancing the size of the breast in females as well as the penis in males. Patients suffering from emaciation and underweight conditions are often treated with the use of this oil for massage. Another common oil which may help for breast enlargement is “Ashwagandha-Bala oil” which contains the same herb as well as Sida Cordifolia, another anabolic herb.
The breasts should be massaged with this oil. Allow the oil to remain for at least an hour before washing it off. Preferably, massaging the breasts/penis before bed and allowing the oil to soak in over night is recommended. These oils can be purchased from most Ayurvedic herb suppliers.
The Ashwagandha oil I recommend is this one.
Just like Wild Yam, it contains a large amount of Diosgenin, a steroid sapogenin. Although, mostly used for increasing breast milk, and being an aphrodisiac, it has also been reported to give impressive results in breast enhancement. In fact, Fenugreek is believed to result in gynecomastia (increased breast growth in males) when taken in large doses. It can be taken in addition to your diet or as a capsule. Fenugreek may lower blood sugar so be careful if you are taking any medication for Diabetes.
The Fenugreek supplement I recommend is this one.
Note: While consuming foods rich in phyto-estrogens might benefit in breast enlargement, certain conditions that are caused by increased elevated estrogen levels, such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, or breast, uterine and ovarian cancer, might be further aggravated. In such conditions, i would recommend avoiding breast enlargement via diet and herbs.
